I was to participate in my first Art Event at the Berea ArtsFest today. Due to the storm and worries over safety, it was a great call to cancel the show from officials. It is still sad that I will not be able to share all my creations with a new audience. So, I decided to make Lemonade... last night I squeezed the lemons by unloading and unwrapping all my artwork, prints and cards... I then added sugar, by incorporating them into my Studio... I worked until 11:30 last night getting everything reorganized, cleaned [a constant in my old space] and displayed. I am now so happy as I sip my Lemonade by looking up from my work to see my Papier Mosaic paintings. They give me great joy. It is raining outside and I am incredibly grateful that everyone is safe & sound... as am I in my wonderful, cozy, little Studio... with my glass of fresh squeezed, sweet lemon juice!! With my every best wish!! Barbara
