We are excited to offer you a new service. So many people have been interested in our Home Design Services and we have been very busy trying to manage all the projects that are coming our way. In our attempts to help more individuals we are changing up the format of how we will work.
Moving forward we will assist in your Custom Home Design work via photography and PowerPoint presentations that will include information that will help you with your home. ALL work will be done via Email. I will not be conducting any actual visits to homes due to the complexity involved. I have been very successful helping individuals head in the correct direction via this method. Here are the simple steps:
1] Email me with your request so that we will be able to establish our current workload and schedule your project. If we decide everything is a good fit we'll move to Step 2.
2] I'll have you email me pictures of your home in a variety of shots and provide me with insight regarding your objectives and how you'd like your home to evolve.
3] I'll review your home information, photographs and design goals. I'll conduct all research for you, looking for insight into colors, home furnishings, art, suggestions on editing your home and answer all your questions.
4] Once I have completed my work, I'll place all information into a comprehensive PowerPoint which will incorporate your pictures and my suggestions along with visual support to provide you with a way forward for your project. I have included a 'screen shot' of a recent project for a Living Area of a recent Home Design Project. It illustrates the comprehensive nature of what you will receive.

Normally I charge $50 per hour; however, I really want to help people with their homes and these are difficult decisions which I totally understand. Moving forward, I am going to try a new pricing model. I want you, my Customer & Client, to pay me what is best for you. I'll give you an approximate idea of the time I have invested... and then you pay me for the parts you have used. I know this is unusual and that is why I like it. If you cannot afford to pay me now, go ahead and use the ideas I provide and get started. If you use half the ideas I send, then pay me accordingly. I'll let you decide.
